Welcome to our pond website.
Please take a look at how we made a design for our city garden and turned it into a small haven for wildlife in Bristol. It took us five months to build the raised flower beds, dig a wildlife pond and plant a variety of native british plants and small trees, and already, we have many birds, frogs, toads, insects and small mammals attracted to the garden.
We have made photographs at each stage of the gardens development and building of the wildlife pond, also of the various animals , birds, amphibians and insects that visit the garden and we hope to update these as the seasons change and the wildlife pond becomes more established. We also hope to include photographs of the wildlife and microorganisms living in the pond water. We hope that our website will encourage you to try to make space for wildlife in your own garden.
Nico and Chris.
